Fit-Out at 250 Euston Road

This fast track project involved the Cat B fit out of 1300m2 of existing office space at 4th and 6th floor levels.

The work included the complete renewal of the air conditioning, ventilation and small power installations together with new suspended ceilings, carpets and redecoration throughout under a JCT Design and Build contract.

The work was carried out in an existing occupied building which called for continual liaison with the Building Manager and adjacent tenants to ensure that services remained uninterrupted and disruption was minimised.
